About Me

Through photography, journalism and film, I seek to explore the intersections of culture, place and identity.

My relationship with photography began in high school and has since expanded into editorial, documentary and feature-film work. From photographing local communities and university life to contributing promotional and behind-the-scenes imagery within the film industry, I have developed an appreciation for the many ways visual storytelling can communicate an experience and invite a different perspective.

Alongside my love for photography, I have a deep appreciation for both structure and chaos. This duality informs my approach to creative work, where I seek balance between the deliberate composition of a frame and the unpredictable moments that unfold within it. I believe some of the most compelling images emerge from observing rather than intervening. It is an approach I have spent years refining, learning not only how to see, but when to take the shot.

My work has extended beyond the frame, including contributions to the 2023 Small Village New Mexico documentary project, exhibited at the Branigan Cultural Center and published as a book, as well as creative work in short films, music videos and multimedia journalism.

As I continue exploring the world through travel, collaboration and creative practice, I hope to encounter perspectives that challenge my own and stories that deserve greater visibility. Ultimately, my goal is to create work that not only feeds the imagination but encourages reflection, cultivates connection and, wherever possible, sparks change.
