About Me
Hey! I'm Leslie. I want to focus on documenting the narratives of class and communal identity, shedding light on the voices and experiences that often go unheard.
Alongside my love for photography, I have a deep appreciation for both structure and chaos. This duality shapes my approach to work: I aim to find balance in everything I create, from the organization of a frame to the unexpected moments that unfold in front of it.
I prefer a more laissez-faire approach to my photography. I find that one can capture the most candid images as an omnipresent wallflower, an approach that's been tested and refined over time. I've worked hard to train my eye so I know when to take the shot.
As I explore the world through my travels, I’m excited to continue discovering new perspectives and stories to share. My goal is to create visual work that not only feeds the imagination but also sparks change.
